FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Each week we will release new programming and motivation for you to follow. The program is structured to be flexible to work around your busy lifestyle, if you miss a session, no sweat. The longer training sessions are programmed on weekends when people traditionally have more time.

Programming is released Sunday for the following week's workouts.

The aim is for you to improve over the course of the program, we will have you test at the start and again at the end to see how far you progress.

WHAT DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?

Access to our website's Member's Area where we provide online programming, video advice, access to our training blogs - as well as access to our Member's only Facebook Group where we answer your questions, provide competitions and encourage community involvement.

WHEN CAN I JOIN?

Anytime you like. Our programming runs from a Monday through to a Sunday and you can sign up whenever suits you. We realize everyone has their own schedules, times of year that suit them, and we want to be as accommodating as possible.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are 4 Plans to choose from, priced as follows:

  • Beginner Training Plan, 4 weeks, $49
  • Step Up Plan, 8 weeks, $129
  • Frontier Plan, 10 week Advanced & 20 week Ultra, $249 (or 2 x $124.50)
  • Ultimate Plan, 4 months coaching support, $799 (or 2 x $399.50)

Al prices are in $USD.

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT(S) BE DEDUCTED?

Your first payment will be deducted the day you sign up. If you elected to pay in 2 installments (Frontier and Ultimate Plans) then the final payment will be deducted midway through your training plan.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW ELSE CAN I PAY?

You can also pay by debit card or with a PayPal account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS AN INSTALLMENT OR MY TRANSACTION IS DECLINED?

We understand this can happen. Any declined transaction will be automatically retried for 3 days in a row or until successful. If still unsuccessful after this we will have to suspend your account, we will make contact with you if this happens however.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Please no. A lot of blood, sweat and tears has gone into providing the best possible content we can for our members, so sharing of this content with non members is strictly prohibited.

DO I NEED TO JOIN A GYM OR BUY FITNESS EQUIPMENT TO DO THE TRAINING?

No. All three of us believe the key to doing well at obstacle races is to improve your run, therefore a lot of your time will be spent on your feet, hopefully enjoying the great outdoors. We do provide programming for strength exercises but most of this can be done with bodyweight.

IS THE TRAINING FOR MEN ONLY?

NO! We would love there to be a 50/50 gender split of people in our Obstacle Course Racing community. We hope to add a female coach into the mix soon.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM FROM MY MOBILE OR TABLET?

Yes and yes. It’s a browser based application which means you don’t need to download anything to view on these devices.

DO I NEED A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT?

No, all your programming and video advice is provided through our website. The Member's Only Facebook Group is an addition, where members can interact with each other, ask questions of us and participate in weekly challenges. if you don't have Facebook and still want to ask us a question we are always available via email at info@obstaclecourse.training
